Job Role: Full-Time Administrator
We are a young and growing business looking to appoint a further financial administrator. This is an exciting business with the potential for you to progress within the firm. The role requires you to have the ability to work within a fast pace environment, adapt to industry changes and adjust to various deadlines.
You will be responsible for the processing of new business applications, servicing existing business, database management and regular contact directly with clients and providers.
An understanding of the financial planning process
Ability to communicate well at all levels
Ability to be a team player
Proficient in IT skills – word processing and spreadsheet knowledge
Good planning and effective organisational skills
Honesty and integrity
Methodological approach to work
Excellent telephone manner
Minimum of one year in a Financial Services Administration role
Experience of Intelligent Office ideal however full training will be provided
